Swim Wales launch their CYNNWYS inclusion framework

All departments at Swim Wales now own their roles in embedding inclusion, linked to the Cynnwys framework, from grassroots to elite level. This has improved representation in the performance pathway (e.g., para-swimmer integration), and catalysed new partnerships and inclusive practices in areas like Learn to Swim and School Swimming. This wholesystem approach to EDI is a notable example for other partners in the sector to learn from. The connections made with the Black Swimming Association has also led to a new Board member for Swim Wales.
